Kiss the Girl by Tara Sivec

This is the third and last book of the Naughty Princess series by Tara Sivec, and it was my second book by this author. I was intrigued by the fairytale retelling, and I was waiting for Ariel and Eric’s book because they seemed like the characters that I would like the most out of the group of princes and princesses… and I was right.

Book Review: Fling Club by Tara Brown

This is the first book I read by Tara Brown and it surely won’t be the last. I was attracted to this story because I like plots where we see the fake lives of the élite, and this reminded me a bit of some TVshows I like such as Gossip Girl for example, and it isn’t a bad thing for me. Moreover, I’m able to connect with the story more even if sometimes these types of novels offer weird plots (well, rich people can be super ridiculous sometimes).

Book Review: Hot Asset by Lauren Layne

After a few weeks going by with books I liked but not too much, I finally found something that hooked me from the first page until the last. This new series seems promising. This is the first book I’ve read by Lauren Layne despite I’ve shelved some of her other works. The story is set in New York and as you may think from the hot guy on the cover, is about men in suits, in this case Wall Street billionaires.

Genre: Contemporary Romance
Publication Year: 2018
Part of a series?: Yes but it’s a standalone

Piece Of Work by Staci Hart

New weekend, new book. Hi all, I hope you are OK. I am submerged by things to study, but other than that, I feel like reading tons of books that don’t have nothing to do with university, so here I am… Today’s book came out the other day and is by an author who was published here in my country and that I already knew. I wish this book will be printed as well, who knows. Go under the cut for the review. 🙂

Book Review: Melt For You by J.T. Geissinger

This was a different romance compared to the contemporary books I usually read, and in a good way because it surprised me and made me laugh. “Melt for you” tells the story of Joellen, a 36 year old woman with low self-esteem because she thinks she’s old and she isn’t fit. Her thoughts on herself will be questioned after she meets the Scottish baller Cameron, who came to New York to change air. He is not her type, but that will change as well as Joellen realizes that he is more than she thinks he is.

Book Review: Bane by L.J. Shen

Hello and I hope you’re having a nice day! I’ve had a rough week filled with books and this was one of the highlights of it. I’ve been waiting for this book for months, and now that it’s here, I’m sad that this is going to be the last one of this series. I’m happy that author L.J. Shen has decided to write a spin-off series of the sons and daughters of the guys and girls from the previous books, and it will come out in 2019 most likely. Until then… enjoy!
