Book Review: Just An Illusion – EP by D. Kelly

Hi there, and good Sunday! I’ve been absent for a few weeks and I’m sorry, but I’m overflown with things to study for exams so I’m trying to review ARC books only. This book is the last of a series by author D. Kelly, “Just an Illusion”, which I previously reviewed. I was waiting for this one with anxiety, because I needed to know how this story ended and whether or not it would end like I wished it to. This review will be full of SPOILERS. You have been warned. If you want to read a spoiler-free review, here’s the link to my Goodreads.

Book Review: Blue Lights and Boatmen by Cora Kenborn and K.A. Ware

Hi guys! Been wrapped up with exams and the time to read is less, but I always try to continue the series I’ve already started, and here I am. This is the latest novella of the Swamp Bottom series by K.A. Ware and Cora Kenborn. Be prepared to hear the story from Zep and Pope’s side. I’ve been waiting for their POVs and I wonder if we’ll get their views in the next book as well. Please?
If you still haven’t read these novellas, I’d suggest you buy them. They are just 0.99$ each. πŸ™‚

Book Review: A Vow of Thorns by R. Scarlett

“A vow of thorns” is the 3rd book of the Blackest Gold saga. Who follows me and reads my review is well aware that my favorite genre is paranormal/urban fantasy. This is probably the second series that falls into this genre that I read this year and I loved the first two installments. Well, this one is on another level. I like how this story is developing and dang, I’m in love with all the book covers, especially this one. It’s raw and sexy.

What’s best than a good review after dinner? Another book waiting to be read. Eheh. Seriously, this week was full. But I love reading so I don’t mind it. The book I’m reviewing today is “Unsupervised” by Cora Kenborn is a novella part of the Kindle Worlds project of The Imperfect Love World, which means characters from other book worlds meet each other or work or live where other characters are/were. Book Review: Body of the Crime by R. Scarlett

Body of the Crime is the second book of the “Blackest Gold” saga by R. Scarlett. It is a paranormal romance that contains violence, sex and dark situations, and in my opinion is the best paranormal book I’ve read this year along with the first of the series, Vein of Love, that you should read before this to understand the whole story. If you love this genre, you’ll be amazed and enamored with the story and the characters. ❀
